What is the Customer Service Guarantee? The Customer Service Guarantee (CSG) is a standard designed to encourage service improvement and guard against poor service.

Book your appointment at a time that suits, you will be guided through your tax lodgement by a highly qualified and experienced tax consultant.Clients please consider using our skype tax service or our online web tax system.

What to Bring

Apart from yourself a list of basics to assist with your tax appointment interview are as follows:

  •   1.Your payg wages certificate from work.
  •   2.Any one payslip for a fortnightly wage.
  •   3.A tax statement from you private health insurance if applicable.
  •   4.Details of any bank Interest earnt for the year.
  •   5.A tax statement showing Investment income from any source
  •   6. Details of any HEC/Help( education debts) if applicable.
  •   7.Details of your spouses tax income if spouse doing tax elswhere.
  •   8.If a rental proeprty exists your bills/interest paid for the year.

We have extended hours of operation during our peak tax season which is between the 1st July to 31 October each year.Extended times are Tuesday evenings and saturdays. Our trading hours are:

  •   Tuesday          9.00am to 5.00pm
  •   Wednesday    9.00am to 8.00pm
  •   Thursday        9.00am to 5.00pm
  •   Friday              9.00am to 400pm
  •   Saturday         9.00am to 3.00pm
  •   Sunday                 Closed
  •   Public holidays    Closed

Face to Face Appointments

Location and Carparking

If you discover a error on your return that entitles you to a larger refund (or smaller tax liability), we'll refund the tax preparation fee for that return and file an amendment with the ATO, at no additional charge, for up to 2 years after the original notice of assessment

  •    We are close to Mitcham railway station
  •    Entry is via the front entrance door nor underground car parks
  •    We are on the sixth floor of the building building B
  •    A security code will be sent to you via email

New Client Registration

We need to get some basic information from you if you are a first time client with us,this will make the face to face tax appointment or skype appointment run more smoothly.

  •    The new client registration is a once of only exercise.
  •    We need basic details of name spelt correctly/Address/DOB/TFN.
  •    We collect your BSB and bank account details for your tax refund.
  •   Your information is highly protected( see our privacy Policy).
  •    You do not have to register as a new client if doing Online tax.
